Tosya Kidd

real estate guide

The moment I start talking, it’s obvious I am Texas born and raised. I grew up in Amarillo and attended West Texas A & M University where I met my college sweetheart and later husband. We moved to North Texas 17 years ago where we raised three sons and formed a close network of friends and family.

After obtaining my real estate license, I quickly developed a passion for the growth and development of Dallas Fort Worth and its surrounding communities. I love being the welcoming committee for new residents to DFW and Texas and showing them the heart and beauty of the Lonestar State.

Leading a real estate team in today’s fast paced and diverse market takes determination and drive. But it fuels the fire to be the best and provide excellent customer service to my clients, referral partners and the real estate industry.

At 6 th Avenue Homes, we don’t just assist buyers and sellers with their homes…we create relationships that last a lifetime. We strive to ensure every client experience is top-notch and that throughout the process we no leave question unanswered or anyone feeling left behind.

For over ten years now, I’ve developed and crafted an approach to real estate and people that defines what my team at 6th Avenue Homes is all about! Starting my real estate career with REMAX in 2012, to managing the Lonestar Real Estate Group for five years, and now to being the Brokerage Manager for 6th Ave Homes in Parker County, each experience has provided growth, knowledge, confidence as leader in the profession. We love our communities; we love our families, and we love helping others! I want everyone to experience what we have to offer and then tell us how we can be even better!

As a mother of 3 boys, I know how busy life can be and especially when trying to balance everything in the midst of buying or selling a home…but that’s why we’re here. To help guide, advise and listen every step, no matter big or small! We want everyone to feel at home!
