real estate guide

I grew up on a horse ranch in Central Texas and while I’m still a country girl at heart, Fort Worth is home! I originally moved to Granbury about 16 years ago but spent a lot of time enjoying everything Fort Worth has to offer. In 2010 I got married and moved a few hours away for my husband’s job. 3 years later we had our son, Callan. We often talked about moving to Fort Worth one day. Well about 3 years ago I was bored and started browsing for houses in Fort Worth with no real expectations of actually purchasing gone. It just os happened to be the week of my birthday and my husband jokingly said, “Do you want a house for your birthday?” I laughed and started showing him a house I had found online and he insisted I contact the agent so we could see it in person.

Next thing I know, we were buying our first house and moving to Fort Worth after talking about it for years! We have no doubt that we made the right choice and we love raising our son in this unique and amazing city full of small town charm! I’m truly looking forward to helping others find their perfect place to call home and create many happy memories in!

Favorite Meal in Fort Worth:

If it’s for a special occasion probably Reata or Eddie V’s but I’m a sucker for great mexican food and we have some of the best here in Fort Worth! I haven’t been able to nail down my exact favorite but I’m having fun trying!

Favorite watering hole in Fort Worth:

Well I wish I had a cool answer but I’m a mom of an active 5 year old boy so I don’t get to many watering holes these days. I’m perfectly content hanging out as a family in our backyard while enjoying any drink made by my husband. He makes them better than I do!

What do you love about your job:

Working to help people accomplish a major milestone is a very rewarding and exciting experience. As the saying goes, “choose a job you love and you will never work a day in your life”!

Interesting Fact:

My husband and I, along with our toddler, spent two and a half years traveling the US for my husbands job. We moved to a new location about every 3 months. People often ask me where my favorite place was that we lived while traveling and I never know how to answer because I left a little piece of my heart at every location. Lake Tahoe and Key West offered a lot of amazing outdoor activities so it may be a tie between those two
