6th Ave Homes Commercial Development

Our team is currently working on a large commericial development on South Main called The 4 Eleven

the 4 Eleven

411 South Main will be a new kind of mixed-use restaurant and retail development located in a historic warehouse at South Main and Broadway, in the very center of the South Main Redevelopment Project. Locals will be able to spend an entire day shopping, enjoying pop-up farmers markets and dining at amazing restaurants and coffee shops all in one location.

The space will feature four micro-retail spaces with prime South Main frontage, a 2,600-square-foot design and furniture store in the style of Magnolia Market in Waco, a 4,000-square-foot restaurant, and a 5,000-square-foot event space that will cater to parties, weddings and receptions and serve as a farmers market on the weekend. South Main Redevelopment Project

South Main Street is the hub of one of the Near Southside’s three designated urban villages and is projected to be the central hub of commerce, retail, urban living, and dining in Fort Worth's Near Southside.  Business and property owners have worked over the last decade to reverse years of disinvestment, and their efforts are now paying off as S. Main continues to gain attention and investment.  Completed projects such as the historic Sawyer Lofts and Miller Lofts projects have helped secure a bright future for South Main Village.  The street’s future looks bright as well, as FWSI worked with the City to secure $8.6 million for streetscape improvements projected for completion in November / December 2016.

The Commitment to improving the areas infrastructure has already brought significant private investment to the area, including the Victory Medical Center (a $72 million project), High Point Apartments ($34 million project), Frank Kent Cadillac, Kelly Capital Partners, and an assortment of new restaurants, breweries, distilleries, music venues, creative office, retail, and living spaces.
